Senior Property Sales Executive – Hybrid working from One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne, from home and across our property portfolio. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw). £40,500 per annum plus benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and guiding a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, supporting complex cases and helping your team to build their confidence and knowledge through regular coaching.
  • Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, ensuring every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.
  • Writing and reviewing sales listings, materials, digital content and campaigns to ensure they’re accurate, engaging, customer-friendly, and delivered on time.
  • Keeping trackers, forecasts and performance data updated to stay on track, spot risks early and ensure sales transactions run smoothly.
  • Championing smarter ways of working, helping us use digital tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to save time and deliver great service.
  • Representing our statutory sales team at events and meetings, bringing our work to life and showing how we help customers and communities thrive.

Qualifications

  • Experience in end-to-end tenant sales, property sales progression, including staircasing, resales, assignments and retirement sales, ideally within affordable home ownership.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sales campaigns and improving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Good working knowledge of compliance standards, relevant regulations and affordable housing rules.
  • Excellent reporting and data management skills, with expertise in maintaining accurate sales records and using Customer Relationship Management tools like Salesforce. Able to interpret sales data to generate insights that drive performance improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and coach colleagues and deliver high performance. Previous leadership experience, either in a formal role or through mentoring and coaching others.
  • Prospecting and lead generation, nurturing experience in sales activity planning and organisation skills.
