What you’ll work on

As part of the core team, you’ll contribute to a next-generation AI platform that enables models, agents, and reusable templates to automate complex workflows at scale.

Role: Senior Python Developer with Azure experience and a footing with AI.

Location: UK Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-first features using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Docker, and AKS
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native architecture in collaboration with a fast-moving team
• Code primarily in Python and C#; contribute to React.js when needed
• Speed up development using Visual Studio Code with GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants
• Maintain a tight feedback loop: branch, commit, pull, test, and ship through Azure DevOps
• Write clean, tested, production-ready code with strong unit testing
• Participate in focused sprints and daily standups; work lean, iterate, and learn

What you’ll bring to the team

• Proven experience with Azure’s native AI stack (AI Foundry, Azure Search, Cosmos DB, AKS)
• Strong Python and C# skills; ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and AI-assisted development tools
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native patterns
• Experience in agile teams, CI/CD, branching, PRs, and test automation using Azure DevOps
• Agile, curious mindset; collaborative and adaptable

Bonus Points

• Experience building user interfaces with React.js
• Interest in emerging AI tools and frameworks
