Senior Python Developer with Azure experience and a footing with AI is needed to join Neologik's fast-paced, AI-driven platform. This UK remote role offers up to £90,000 with benefits including flexible remote work. Neologik is a high-velocity team building an AI-enabled platform on Azure to automate workflows and scale intelligent automation.

Location: UK Remote. All information stated is for guidance and will be finalized with the recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI-first features using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Docker, and AKS
  • Design and implement scalable cloud-native architecture in collaboration with a fast-moving team
  • Code primarily in Python and C#, with ability to work in React.js when needed
  • Speed up development using Visual Studio Code with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to assist coding
  • Work in a lean feedback loop: branch, commit, pull, test, and ship via Azure DevOps
  • Write clean, tested, production-ready code with emphasis on unit testing
  • Participate in focused sprints and daily standups

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience with Azure’s native AI stack, including AI Foundry, Azure Search, Cosmos DB, and AKS
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C#, with a focus on clean, maintainable code
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, ideally with AI-assisted tools such as Copilot
  • Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native architectural patterns
  • Hands-on experience in agile teams with CI/CD workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and test automation using Azure DevOps
  • Agile, curious mindset - adaptable, collaborative, and eager to explore new ideas

Bonus Points

  • Experience building user interfaces with React.js
  • Passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools and frameworks
