Senior Python Developer with Azure experience for an AI platform. UK Remote. Up to £90,000. Role at Neologik.

Based in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-first features using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Docker, and AKS
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native architecture in collaboration with a fast-moving team
• Code primarily in Python and C#; familiarity with React.js is a bonus
• Utilize Visual Studio Code with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate development
• Operate in a tight feedback loop: branch, commit, pull, test, and ship via Azure DevOps
• Write clean, tested, production-ready code with emphasis on unit tests
• Participate in focused sprints and daily standups in a lean, iterative environment

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Azure’s native AI stack (AI Foundry, Azure Search, Cosmos DB, AKS)
• Strong Python and C# coding skills; ability to produce clean, maintainable code
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and AI-assisted development tools
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectural patterns
• Hands-on experience in agile teams, CI/CD workflows, branching, PRs, and test automation using Azure DevOps
• Agile mindset: adaptable, collaborative, eager to explore new ideas and technologies

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Points

• Experience building user interfaces with React.js
• Interest in experimenting with emerging AI tools and frameworks
