The schools, local education authority and NHS systems are overwhelmed and in crisis, and young people are not getting the help they need.About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring our Sylva platform meets people's needs and complies with relevant standards.Key ResponsibilitiesQA Strategy & Compliance: Own the risk-based QA strategy and ensure compliance with relevant policies & standards.Test Planning & Requirements: Review and clarify requirements, write test cases and validate test coverage. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks. Work with LLM evaluation tools.Test Execution & Automation: Design and execute tests on deterministic software & non-deterministic LLM systems (functional behaviour, non-functional requirements, crisis detection & safeguarding risk controls). Manual ticket-by-ticket testing (finding functional bugs and anomalies that were missed by automated TTD). Manual & automated LLM safety & value testing. Manual integration tests. Automated regression & end-to-end tests.
