Hours of Work
35 hours per week, Contract role to cover maternity leave (13 months)
Responsibilities
As a Senior Qualifications Manager, you will oversee a team of Qualifications Managers, ensuring the seamless allocation of exams and assessments. You\'ll be pivotal in managing the re-publication and timely delivery of exams, guaranteeing they meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing recruitment and training processes, and responding to feedback, complaints, and appeals. Senior Qualifications Manager Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in any subject or at least 5 years’ experience managing a qualifications portfolio in an awarding organisation or similar.
- Strong statistical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and produce insightful reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and managing external stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills.
- A passion for developing and delivering valid, reliable, and fair qualifications.
Senior Qualifications Manager Benefits
- Salary £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- A generous company pension contribution of 7.5%.
- A travel allowance with a maximum value of £2,500 per annum.
