Job Description:
InterQuest is supporting an established and growing FS firm in identifying a Senior QA Manager to join the bank focused on secured lending.
The role offers the opportunity to lead a team, support operational policies and processes, and ensure customer interactions are managed in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
This is a permanent position based in the Chester/North Wales area with good hybrid working arrangements.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the QA framework
- Leading reviews of customer interactions and managing QA assessments
- Collaborating with third parties, internal stakeholders, and operations functions
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in quality assurance within financial services
- Secured lending (mortgage) experience is essential
- Management experience is desirable
