We are working with a consultancy known for high standards, longstanding client relationships, and a steady pipeline of private sector projects. They are growing their London team and looking to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident managing projects independently, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff along the way.

You will be working on high-quality residential and commercial schemes, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and new builds, from early design stages through to completion.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading on cost plans, tenders, and procurement
• Contract administration and cost control across live projects
• Client-facing delivery and relationship management
• Supporting junior team members with technical development
• Involvement in new business opportunities and project wins

What they're looking for:

• 6-10 years of consultancy experience
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts
• MRICS qualification preferred, or working towards it with relevant experience
• Confidence managing private sector projects independently
• Proficiency in CostX and Excel
