Role: Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Location: London - 3 days a week in the office

Experience: 6+ years, ideally with large Data Centre projects

Qualifications: SCSI/RICS recognised degree in Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics

What you’ll do:

• Lead commercial delivery across multiple projects

• Review tenders, identify risks & opportunities

• Manage budgets, contracts & cost controls

• Build strong client relationships for repeat business

• Ensure projects are delivered on time & in budget

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial acumen & contract knowledge (RIAI, FIDIC, JCT)

• Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills

• Attention to detail & proactive problem-solving

• Knows how to negotiate and deal with conflict and has the ability to critically evaluate documents.
