A rapidly expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a professional and client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Reporting into a Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to high-level, London based projects across the commercial and residential sectors including office, fit out, high-end, high-rise, and student accommodation.

The opportunity will also offer the new Senior Quantity Surveyor the chance to mentor junior staff, get greater client exposure, and support towards becoming an Associate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS
Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Either a current SQS or working towards
Pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
