We seek a Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Midlands responsible for delivering project excellence across sectors like rail, highways, utilities, defence, energy, and aviation.

Your Responsibilities include:

1. Account management, including team leadership and career development.
2. Business development to increase client engagement and project scope.
3. Project leadership, managing project teams and ensuring commercial accountability.
4. Technical leadership, providing expert advice and participating in training.
5. Team building and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record leading projects for UK public sector clients.
• Member of RICS or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with NEC contracts.
• Experience in business development for major construction clients.
