The Role:

Flagship Consulting is working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Construction Consultancies to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the private residential sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects and offering clear progression pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
  • Managing the procurement process and advising on contract strategy
  • Providing post-contract commercial management
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the private residential sector
  • Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
