The Opportunity
This newly created Senior Quantity Surveyor role comes as a result of an expanding workload and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to help shape the position according to their own experience and strengths.
The role strikes a balance between independent working and support from senior leadership, ensuring you have both autonomy and access to guidance where needed. You ll be responsible for a range of commercial duties across both the pre- and post-contract phases.
Areas of focus will include procurement, subcontractor management, contract review and administration, payment applications, and cost-value reconciliations.
Working within a secured, 10 year multi-billion-pound framework, this role promises long-term career prospects, with a clear pathway towards future senior leadership positions within a growing business.

About You
Candidates should have experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, ideally from a background in water, rail, highways, or general civil engineering.
Familiarity with NEC contracts is essential. This is a perfect opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, supported by a business with a strong reputation and commitment to professional growth.
