Senior Quantity Surveyor | Pre-Contract

Location: London

Salary: £75,000 + Bonus

Capstone is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing London firm. The business is currently winning a significant volume of work, primarily at pre-planning stages (RIBA 0-3), making this an excellent opportunity for a QS with pre-contract experience to make a significant impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing pre-contract duties across a variety of schemes including Build-to-Rent (BTR), Later Living, and PBSA.
• Handling projects with values ranging from £15m - £60m, with occasional involvement in larger developments exceeding £100m.
• Collaborating with high-profile clients.
• Supporting project teams to ensure cost planning, procurement, and tendering processes are robust and effective.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven pre-contract Quantity Surveying experience in private sector projects.
• MRICS qualification is not required, but support will be provided if you wish to pursue it.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of QS professionals.
