About the company

High End Residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments. Small but young and hardworking team of 4 Quantity Surveyors. Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and develop junior staff; progression pathway within the company.
• Produce cost plans and advise on cost options; prepare tender documents; contract administration and Employer's Agent service.
• Negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage cost control for projects including New Build Private Home (£16M) and Hotel (£38M) projects.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree.
• Ideally experience on High End Residential projects.
• MRICS or current toward MRICS.
• Experience in private practice/consultancy.
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge; team player.
• Mentoring junior colleagues.
