About the role

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC contract experience looking for a new challenge in a different industry?

We're seeking ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyors from diverse sectors - including construction, civil engineering, rail, housing, and infrastructure - to join us on a major power infrastructure programme in Scotland.

You don't need prior experience in the power sector; we're more interested in the transferable functional and behavioural skills you bring. From day one, you'll receive dedicated training in the power infrastructure environment to support your transition and success in the role.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial ownership of high-value infrastructure projects, working under the NEC3/NEC4 form of contract. Acting as a key interface between our internal delivery teams, clients, and the supply chain, you'll use your commercial acumen to drive value, ensure compliance, and deliver successful project outcomes.

You'll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team - with the autonomy to manage your own diary and enjoy a hybrid working model, with travel to project sites in Argyll as required.
