Salary: £75,000-£110,000+
PQE Level: 5+ PQE

A progressive UK law firm is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate to join its nationally recognised Energy & Infrastructure Property team. This is a strategic opportunity for a lawyer with deep sector expertise to lead on high-value transactions and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic practice. The team advises developers, investors, and funders on property matters across the clean energy landscape, including solar farms, wind farms, battery storage, EV infrastructure, and other renewable initiatives. You will provide strategic advice, lead complex transactions, and help shape the future of the UK\'s energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on property matters across the clean energy landscape (solar, wind, storage, EV infrastructure, and other renewables)
• Lead complex property transactions for developers, investors, and funders
• Contribute to the growth and leadership of the Energy & Infrastructure Property team
• Build and maintain client relationships and expand industry networks
• Collaborate with colleagues in a collaborative and commercially astute manner

Qualifications

• 5+ years\' PQE with a strong track record in energy-related property matters
• Experience within a national or large regional firm
• Leadership qualities and a commitment to mentoring and knowledge-sharing
• Proven ability to build client relationships and expand industry networks
