Position: Senior Recruitment Business Partner

Salary: 49k DOE (Plus Car Allowance)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Location: London/Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for your dedicated accounts.
  • Manage, support and develop account delivery teams.
  • Achieve planned revenue, margin, and profit targets while ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly revenue to meet budgets and productivity goals.
  • Innovate cost-saving processes and strategies for your clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate regular meetings.
  • Identify and act on new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure seamless communication across teams to drive customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management, ideally within the Public Sector.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster effective collaboration.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • High motivation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with diverse teams and clients.
