As part of our next growth phase, we’re looking for a proven Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Business Change, Transformation, or Technology, with exposure to Insurance, Legal or wider Financial / Professional Services markets.
• A proven 360 recruiter with a strong billing history (£200k+ annual)
• Confident winning and partnering with large-scale global clients
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and account management skills
• The drive, resilience, and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
