Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 + Commission (OTE £75,000 - £100,000)
Location: home working, ideally based in South Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Cotswolds or surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Earn and grow: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £75k-£100k), clear career progression, regular salary reviews, enhanced pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement (33 days including Bank Holidays, increasing annually to 38 days).
What the role looks like day-to-day
You already know the mechanics of recruitment; your job here is to spot hiring pain-points and fix them — fast.
- Find the problem, own the solution: identify businesses that are struggling to hire, then run the full process — agree terms, scope the brief, and design a search strategy that works.
- Use every tool in the box: with access to major job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, a powerful CRM, AI sourcing add-ons, and a marketing budget, surface top talent and select the shortlist using your judgment.
- Be the candidates\' guide: manage the candidate journey from first contact to offer (and beyond), provide honest feedback, and ensure a smooth, respectful process.
- Keep clients in the loop without admin overload: provide updates, actionable advice, and data that demonstrate value.
- Lean on the team: coordinate with Zoe, Matt, and the Brellis team to ensure projects stay on track, especially during busy periods or holidays.
- Log essentials, avoid busywork: use the CRM to record what matters and minimise non-essential tasks.
- Constant improvement: share wins, swap tactics, and test new ideas to learn and grow as a team.
