It’s a really exciting time to join Arthur, especially within our Contract team. We’re growing quickly and see potential in this area, so we’re expanding the team and looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to be part of that journey.

You’ll be joining one of our most established markets, working with pre‑existing clients and a warm desk that already has great relationships in place. There’s plenty of room to make it your own and build something special within a trusted, well‑known brand.

Responsibilities

  • Running the full 360 recruitment process within the Actuarial contract market
  • Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and building talent pools
  • Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
  • Helping shape the continued growth of our contract division
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in recruitment industry
  • Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within insurance
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
  • Team player who enjoys being part of a close‑knit, high‑performing group
