We’re hiring! Montash’s UK & DE Contract Division is looking for a high‑performing Contract Tech Recruiter to join our powerhouse team – one of our five contract teams currently delivering 100+ live contractors. This is a major milestone and a reflection of the grit, consistency, and talent that drives us every day.

This team is led by Sam Onilado, a proven leader with over a decade in tech recruitment and a multimillion‑pound billing history. He’s hands‑on, driven, and a mentor who genuinely knows the game – and how to win it.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in contract tech recruitment (360 or BD‑led)
• Brings energy, ambition, and a growth mindset
• Is hungry for success and excited to lead from the front
