A boutique Renewable Energy Recruitment Company based just outside London in Bromley. The business focuses on Permanent and Contract placements into onshore and offshore wind, with plans to expand into Solar. The company is part of a larger Group with strong financial backing.

Role Overview

You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients and support existing business. The position can be office‑based, supporting a high biller generating £900k a year, or a more independent 360 biller working remotely.

Requirements

  • Experienced renewable energy or built‑environment recruiters.
  • 3+ years recruitment experience.
  • At least 2 years 360 experience with strong business‑development skills.

  • Strong career mindset.
