As a Senior Consultant you’ll work in a 360 capacity – from sourcing candidates to winning new clients – in a high-performing, high-reward culture. This role is based in Manchester with hybrid working (3 days in-office).

Role Highlights

  • Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
  • Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients

You Will Need

  • 2-4 years experience in Software Development recruitment (any stack)
  • Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
  • Exposure to technology markets (ideally software development/engineering)
  • Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
  • A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
