In this full-time position, you will work from our office in East Kent (hybrid work) reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner.

What will you do?

• Provide coaching and advice to leaders on industrial relations matters, including performance management.
• Support employees and leaders on policy interpretation, grievances, and counseling.
• Assist the Senior HR Business Partner with performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and talent development.
• Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies aligned with legislation and best practices.
• Support HR initiatives and projects related to learning and organizational development.

What experiences & competencies do you bring?

• Tertiary qualifications in HR.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
• Ability to manage grievances and disciplinary issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
