Senior Recruitment Consultant – US Market (Advertising & Creative Agencies) – DNA Recruit (UK-Based Remote)

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a well-established desk focused on Client Services roles in the US advertising and creative agency market. You’ll be working UK hours with flexibility to cover time zones as needed, and have full autonomy to manage and grow this exciting international market.

This desk already has warm clients and an established reputation, and you'll be focused on delivering high-calibre talent to top-tier creative agencies across the US – from advertising and integrated shops to branding, design, experiential and digital agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage an existing client base across the US creative agency landscape.
• Build long-term partnerships with key clients and act as a trusted talent advisor.
• Identify, engage and place top-tier Client Services professionals (permanent and freelance).
• Lead recruitment cycles from brief to placement.
• Maintain strong pipelines of candidates and keep ahead of market demand.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and billing targets.
• Stay current with trends in the US agency world, particularly in Client Services functions.

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within Client Services, advertising, or creative agencies.
• A proven ability to build and develop client relationships – whether from scratch or existing networks.
• Experience recruiting into the US market or for international roles is highly desirable (but not essential).
• Comfortable handling both permanent and freelance briefs.
• Commercially savvy and entrepreneurial – you love the thrill of building a desk and a business.
• Driven, self-managing, and collaborative.
• Tech-savvy – experience using modern CRMs, video interviewing tools, and productivity software (Outlook, Excel, etc).
