Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing an established white-collar construction desk with active jobs and loyal clients.
• Developing and maintaining long‑term partnerships across contractors, developers, and consultancies.
• Delivering a consultative, high‑quality recruitment service to clients and candidates.
• Working autonomously with full support from a collaborative, experienced team.
• (Optional) Mentoring junior consultants as the division continues to expand.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting within the white-collar construction market (e.g. commercial, design, planning, site management, technical roles).
• A track record of strong billings and client development.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
• A proactive, driven mindset with a genuine passion for the industry.
• Ambition to grow your desk and progress into leadership over time.
