Job Title: Data Centre Recruitment Consultant (Mid/Senior Level)

Location: Choose your setup — Office-based, 100% remote, or Hybrid.

Our offices are in London (Wimbledon SW19), West Midlands (Worcestershire), and across Italy: Milan, Rome, & Naples.

Salary: Competitive base salary (DOE) with attractive uncapped commission with NO Threshold, plus full benefits package.

What we’re looking for

• A proven high‑performing consultant, ideally within data centres, IT infrastructure, cloud, or related tech fields.
• Ability to build, manage, and grow strong client partnerships across the UK, Europe and the US.
• Confidence in sourcing, engaging, and closing sought-after professionals — from engineers and project managers to leadership roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with clients in the data centre and mission-critical space to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across technical and leadership roles.
• Running the full recruitment lifecycle — from client briefing to candidate onboarding and aftercare.
• Collaborating with a passionate team to drive business growth and share market insights.
