Role & Responsibilities

• Lead Consultant – lead the desk, grow the team long-term

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a full 360 recruitment desk
• Consult with clients across a range of tech markets with trust and clarity
• Support team and take part in senior-level discussions and strategy

What You Bring

• Experience: 9–12+ months in 360 recruitment
• Cross-sector Talent: Moving from other sectors is welcome
• Passion for relationships: You appreciate consultative recruitment over transactional placement
• Consistency over flash billings: Steady performance is prized
• A fun, relaxed workplace where leadership works side-by-side with the team.
