WR is an experienced team who manage the recruitment process right through from initial identification and shortlist, to offer management and eventual on-boarding.

We specialise in the Facilities Management and Built Environment sectors.

The Role

Due to recent successes, we are now looking to expand the team at Whitestone Resourcing. We offer a flexible/hybrid working environment and are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Consultant who can work independently within sectors including FM, Security, Construction, Engineering and Logistics. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with senior partners and contribute to the strategic direction of our company.

Whitestone Resourcing is a rapidly growing, mid-market recruitment business, serving predominantly the FM and Built Environment Sectors.

We have capacity for either permanent or contract recruitment desks and offer the opportunity for you to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Identify and develop relationships with both new and existing clients. Continue to build and develop positive relationships along with a detailed understanding of our clients, their successes, challenges, work culture and environment.
• Offer market intelligence and insights during client interactions.
• Present at pitches and business development meetings, actively introducing colleagues to potential clients.
• Listen to and interpret client requirements, developing commercially sound and tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Management:

• Take ownership of candidate management, recognising that talented people are the lifeblood of our business.
• Identifying, shortlisting and approaching suitable candidates who may not be actively job seeking
• Detailed interviewing and vetting of prospective candidates for specific roles
• Offer management and career advice
• Offering salary bench-marking exercises
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

Personal Branding:

• Develop a personal profile within the industry, ensuring you become a recognised and respected recruiter in your specialism.

Effective Communication:

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and interact confidently at the most senior levels.
• Produce high-quality, professionally written documents that add value to each assignment.

About you

• Intellectually capable, confident, self-assured and a tenacious self-starter.
• Self-managed, you will know what it takes to develop your reputation and position both internally and externally, without the need for heavy KPIs.
• Able to lead by example, act as an ambassador and uphold the culture, philosophy, integrity, quality, professionalism, and ethics of the GWP brand.
• Experience and track record in a 360-recruitment position
• Ideally, knowledge of the built environment sector, although not mandatory
• Ability to split work from home and regularly work out of our Leeds office.
