Are you passionate about creating positive change and supporting teams to do the right thing? We're looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to help us shape a fairer, more sustainable energy future. In this empowering and purpose-led role, you'll guide E.ON Next through complex regulatory landscapes with clarity and compassion, nurturing a small team and working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure we act with integrity, consistency and care.

Collaborating with teams across the organisation to provide clear, thoughtful regulatory guidance that enables confident decision-making.

Fostering open and trusted relationships with regulators and external stakeholders to represent E.ON Next with credibility and warmth.

Leading on regulatory responses and compliance engagements - bringing people together to develop balanced, high-quality submissions.

Interpreting data and regulation to unlock creative solutions that support our people, customers and wider purpose.

Championing shared learning and building regulatory awareness across the business, making compliance accessible and empowering.

Supporting inclusive and constructive risk management that puts people and customers at the heart of our decisions.

Guiding regulatory change in line with E.ON Next's strategy - identifying opportunities to do things better.

Caring for and developing a small team, creating space for growth, learning and wellbeing.

It Would Be Great If You Had

A working knowledge of the UK energy regulatory landscape and key organisations like Ofgem, DESNZ and Citizens Advice.

Experience responding to regulatory change and policy consultations with confidence and care.

A background in cross-functional work and a readiness to flex between priorities.

A creative and curious mindset, with a belief in doing things differently when it makes sense.

Passion for climate action, sustainability, and making a positive social impact.

Location - Nottingham or London with travel to our other sites when required.
