Are you a highly analytical thinker with a keen interest in Africa’s political, social, and economic landscape?

A growing international research firm is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join their team in London. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that inform decision-makers on contemporary issues, including governance, security, development, and regional trends across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee collection, analysis, and synthesis of diverse research data, including surveys, interviews, media monitoring, and open-source intelligence.
  • Produce high-quality analytical reports that translate complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.
  • Lead small-scale projects end-to-end, managing timelines, client communication, and project delivery.
  • Contribute to the design of research methodologies and suggest innovative approaches to gather actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of research experience
  • International experience is a must. African exposure is ideal, wealth of experience is nice-to-have.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with proven report writing ability.
  • Awareness of social, political and economic contexts across Africa (ie VEO groups
  • UK residency and the right to work in the UK.
