Collaborate directly with clients, offering client success, insights and advisory services across diverse industries.

  • Proven client servicing experience
  • Expertise in CX technologies (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics)
  • Proficiency / interest in AI-based research methodologies
  • Detail-oriented, with a passion for customer experience
  • Client management and communication
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborative teamwork approach
  • Open to feedback and continuous learning
  • Experience with technology platforms
  • Commercial growth acumen
