Location: Manchester, Northern Quarter - ideally 4 days in office per week

THE ROLE:

Working closely with the Managing Partner for Client Delivery, Hub Leaders and project teams, you'll manage day to day allocation of our internal talent and freelance network. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised Resource Manager who thrives in a very fast-paced, high-volume, and agile agency environment. You'll be adept at navigating frequent changes, collaborating positively on solutions, and leveraging technology to streamline processes and maintain efficient delivery.
