About the role

We are recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst to sit within our Global Reward team. You will support the Global Reward COE, by providing accurate analysis, drive all programs and initiatives and help implement, measure, and improve. You will focus on delivering benefits programs across our UK business. You will have compensation experience working across multiple countries and thrive on building strong relationships.

As a Senior Reward Analyst you will

  • Support the Global Reward COE, providing timely and accurate analysis, support, and guidance to ensure that all programs and initiatives are effectively implemented, monitored, and improved.
  • Manage all aspects of global compensation, including the evaluation and benchmarking of roles, providing solutions to topical issues, data submission to surveys, supporting the budgeting process, end to end running of the pay review process - including project planning, communication, modelling of data and coordinating with key stakeholders.
  • Support on ad hoc projects as necessary - e.g., global job grading and career architecture, gender pay gap analysis, Creating and delivering Reward training to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (People Partners, Regional Payroll/ C&B specialists) to ensure best practice sharing, consistency, and alignment with the overall Total Rewards strategy.
  • Develop and implement UK benefits operations excellence for the Business, in line with the overall Rewards strategy.
  • Ensure that all UK benefits programs are operating with positive employees' feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that service levels are maintained, and costs are controlled.
  • Support case management for Global Mobility moves and international sponsorship
  • Stay informed on market trends, legislative changes, and best practices in reward and compensation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reward programs and processes.

About you

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, policies, and practices, ideally in a global environment.
  • Sound knowledge of benefits programs, ideally across UK and Europe
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions based on data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
