About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our HR team at BLG. This is a key role in managing day-to-day reward activities and supporting strategic projects that shape our colleague experience. You'll work closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure our reward programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing As Our Senior Reward Analyst
- Lead Business as Usual reward activities, including job levelling, annual salary reviews, and salary survey analysis.
- Make recommendations for base salary increases and design salary matrixes where required.
- Complete analysis for gender pay gap and other mandatory reporting.
- Manage interfaces between reward, payroll, and finance teams.
- Participate in strategic reward projects and support the BLG CPO and BFS HRD in running BLG and subsidiary RemCos.
- Provide analysis of market salary data and compensation trends.
- Maintain and manage data sources, vendors, and portals.
- Utilise Power BI to create and maintain self-service cycle review tools.
- Ensure compliance with pay transparency legislation and national minimum wage requirements.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and present data in a clear, concise manner.
- Help build leaders' and HR communities' understanding of BLG Reward philosophies and processes.
- Attend relevant events and seminars to stay up to date with market trends and reward best practice.
What We're Looking For In Our Senior Reward Analyst
- Experience designing and implementing incentivisation programmes.
- Proven track record in compensation management and reward solutions in an international, matrixed business.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
