Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site Casualty risk appraisals (health, safety, liability, safeguarding) and produce professional risk survey reports across designated territories.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships, working closely with claims, underwriting and other teams, and building relationships with key customers and brokers.
- Support our growth ambition by enhancing the casualty proposition.
- Deliver risk management training to customers and represent Ecclesiastical at workshops, seminars, and industry events.
- Contribute risk intelligence to publications and events, and share expertise across the organisation.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in health and safety across public, private and third sector organisations (care sector experience is preferential).
- Experience of undertaking liability surveys, including safeguarding audits/reviews for underwriting purposes.
- Chartered Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH).
- A good appreciation of the insurance market, including the commercial interaction between the various stakeholders with regard to liability matters.
- A willingness to work outside your comfort zone to support wider business and personal development opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
