As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hokodo, you will drive our growth engine by working with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Account Executives to qualify leads and collaboratively build Hokodo’s sales pipeline.

We’re an international and diverse team, based in London, Paris and Vilnius, driving the digitisation of B2B trade and modernising B2B payments. Our B2B Buy Now, Pay Later solution enables merchants to offer credit terms to their business customers instantly, resulting in a 40% average increase in revenue for integrated merchants. We are scaling rapidly across Western Europe, with a track record of 70,000+ businesses regularly using Hokodo and have raised over $50 million to support our goals.
Location
Location: Hybrid. Two days per week in our London office near Liverpool Street. This arrangement balances in-person collaboration with flexibility for individuals and teams.
What You’ll Do
- Set up discovery meetings between Account Executives and potential clients that turn into qualified opportunities
- Meticulously manage your Sales Funnel, keeping up to date with the progress of client relationships and maintaining the cadence of client communication
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, email, social selling and inbound inquiries
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning and qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales
- Effectively work through lead lists, update activity and contact information within the CRM and support weekly reporting efforts
- Provide feedback and insights to Marketing and Revenue Operations to improve targeting and messaging
- Contribute to improvements in our sales processes and cross-team collaboration
Who We’re Looking For
- A track record of high performance in a prior Sales role
- Ability to identify, understand and qualify potential customers effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- A self-starter who can operate in a high-growth environment
- A quick learner who enjoys learning and upskilling
- Thrives in a fast-paced and tech driven environment where change is constant
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in German
