Technical Sales Manager – Technical Product Sales – UK Sales Manager – New Business Growth. A senior sales role based in Hull, with a focus on new business development for a growing SME with a turnover of £9 million, aiming to reach £12 million in the next three years.

Base Salary: £50,000 plus company car. On target earnings in Year 1: £75,000 or more. This role involves 100% new business sales, requiring a self-starter with a proven track record in selling into construction, manufacturing, or sourcing new markets. The role is hybrid, with an on-the-road component and office work.

Must have experience in product sales and a history of developing new markets. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive, and has at least 5 years of sales experience in UK construction or manufacturing sectors. Contacts within these sectors are advantageous.

Key responsibilities include generating new business, building relationships with target customers, and contributing to the company's growth. The role reports to the Sales Director.

Qualifications are flexible, but a related qualification would be a bonus. The candidate should have a confident, upbeat personality with strong communication skills, a drive for growth, and a hands-on, self-motivated approach.
