Senior Sales Manager, Resort
Based in the London showroom
Reporting to the Global Sales Director
Key Role Objectives:
-Responsible for the growth and maintance of all resort brands within the agency.
-Strategize and implement growth plans for the swim and activewear portfolio on an International level, working with UK, EU and ME markets.
-Carry out sales campaigns seasonally in the PK showrooms, identifying the key areas of sales growth for each brand.
-Achieve and exceed seasonal sales targets for the Resort division alongside the team.
-Manageexisting relationships with retailers, whilst onboarding new business,providing both brand and retailer with excellentservice.
-Identify and successfully onboard new brands in the agency within the Resort portfolio to build a strong division with clear identity.
-Nurture and build strong relationships in the sector within a variety of tiers and categories.
Key Role Responsibilities:
-Day to day communication to brands within the resort portfolio to manage the relationship and represent the agency
-Day to day management of stockists and immediate point person to retailers
-Proactivelycreate action plansper account/brandtomaximise performanceand ensurecollections are well representedin store and online
-Researchand identify growth strategiesper region
-Budget planningper account/brand and clearly communicate this to director and brands
-Conductand lead salesappointments and provide in season feedback to brands
-Negotiate the most favourableterms with accounts
-Work with brands to range plan/price collections globally and ensure brands are set up correctly ahead of each sales campaign
-Prepare end-of-seasonsalesreports
-Manage a small team and build out when necessary
-Ensure sell through reports are regularly sent to brands and any risk is monitored
Ideal Candidiate
- A minimum of 5 years within the wholesale industry with swim or activewear
- Proven track record of growing brands in the swim or activewear sector
- Extensive wholesale and retail knowledge of the market
- Strong buyer relationships
- Skilled in logistics and back of house admin
- Previous management experience necessary
- London based – travel required
