Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our small team on a part‑time basis. This key and varied role combines responsibility for sales administration, customer services, operational support, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all direct and trade customers, providing prompt support on orders, deliveries, and after‑sales enquiries.
- Process and manage all sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system; invoice and follow up if required for payment.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare the forecast for all SKUs and organise stock replenishment from suppliers, ensuring zero OOS situations.
- Manage warehouse and freight service provider, ensuring accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Manage other general business administration including maintenance of CRM and replenishment of mail order supplies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively recommend improvements.
Marketing Support
- Encourage and gather positive customer reviews for use on e‑com and social media platforms.
- Support the marketing team with product listings optimisations across various e‑commerce platforms (content development, reviews management, etc.).
- Assist with reporting of sales performance from e‑com platforms e.g. Amazon.
- Monitor online and social media presence, update websites.
- Support marketing team in day‑to‑day delivery of other marketing activities.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration and customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Experience in e‑com platform management.
- Experience working with international suppliers and customers.
- Understanding of international transport and freight.
- Knowledge of the consumer healthcare market, preferably with experience working with medical devices.
- Used to working in a small team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business systems.
- Ideally fluent in a second major language.
Role Requirements
Hours: 20‑25 hours per week, spread across Monday‑Friday (typically 4‑5 hours per day). Flexible working hours within normal office hours. Potential for role to grow as company expands.
Location: hybrid. Can be split between working from our office in Farley Green (GU5 9DP) and working from your home if you have an appropriate facility. To ensure team alignment and development, at least 3 days a week should be from our office.
Salary: £20‑£23/ hour pending on experience and contractual structure.
