Overview

Senior Salesforce Consultant: A global Salesforce partner, with significant project demand, is seeking multiple Senior Salesforce Consultants to support the delivery of their projects within financial services, insurance and energy/utilities sectors. They are currently delivering multiple £3m+ digital transformation programmes and have attracted numerous individuals from big 4 consulting firms to become part of their high performing business.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a project team, primarily client facing, and be responsible for managing stakeholders, running workshops, gathering requirements and documenting user stories.
• With the aid of a technical team, translate requirements into scalable solutions and be heavily involved in solution design, playing a key role in delivering projects swiftly, efficiently and to a high quality.
• Help define project methodologies and suggest process improvements within the wider practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce experience in a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant capacity.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and its core product suite; expertise with Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
• Experience managing challenging stakeholders and running workshops.
• Delivered large scale projects (£1m+ budget), end-to-end.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting user stories.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce customers in the financial services, insurance and/or energy/utilities sector.
• Previously worked in a consulting environment (desirable).

Salary

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus
