Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

You will be the first Salesforce Architect to join this new Salesforce Practice, working closely with the CTO and Practice Director.

With an already well-established digital transformation practice working on Enterprise programmes, they have the know-how and framework behind them to make the new Salesforce practice successful. With a roadmap to hire over the next 12 months, this Salesforce Architect will be an integral part of the strategy as they build the practice from the top down.

They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join them. Someone who has led architecture discussions and decisions on an enterprise level.

As Lead Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:

• Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design, and technical delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design scalable multi-cloud Salesforce solutions on an enterprise scale
• Establish best practices, governance, and create reusable assets, templates, etc.
• Mentor and grow a team of consultants, developers, and junior architects
• Act as a Salesforce SME to clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeys
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including scoping, estimation, and proposal development when needed
• Have excellent knowledge of Salesforce integration methods and tooling
• Own solution documentation, technical specifications, and deployment strategies
• Support recruitment and onboarding of Salesforce professionals
• Present roadmaps to C-level executives

Ideally, you will have:

• Extensive experience within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
• Proven experience leading complex Salesforce implementations
• Multiple years’ experience as a Salesforce Architect working on enterprise-level projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading architectural discussions and guiding teams from the front
• Ability to translate technical Salesforce solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce Certifications and credentials

Must have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Ability to travel to client sites, offices, or Salesforce Tower
