Senior SAP Business One Support Consultant

Location: Manchester (preferred) | Remote considered
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Henley Morgan are working with a growing and reputable SAP Business One Partner who are expanding their support team and looking for an experienced Senior SAP B1 Support Consultant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven Partner-side experience to step into a senior role and work with cutting-edge SAP B1 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP B1 support to a diverse client base
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical and functional issues
• Configure and customise SAP B1 based on client requirements
• Support upgrades, add-ons, and system improvements
• Work with add-ons such as Boyum Produmex WMS (huge advantage)
• Assist with BPA processes and HANA where relevant
• Create documentation and deliver end-user training

Experience required

• Must have SAP B1 Partner experience (essential)
• Strong support and troubleshooting background in SAP B1
• Knowledge of SQL & Crystal Reports
• Experience with Boyum Produmex WMS highly desirable
• Any exposure to BPA or HANA is a plus

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (DOE)
• Remote working available (Manchester-based candidates preferred)
