Senior SAP Engagement Manager

As an SAP Engagement Manager, you will lead engagements to transform our client’s businesses throughout the full lifecycle of a project. The SAP Engagement Manager role involves input into the pre-sales cycle, project delivery, and includes activities such as contract management, planning, mobilization, and leading SAP and related software implementations in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

We work closely with clients to transform their businesses using the latest SAP products, industry expertise, and innovative delivery methodologies.
Hybrid working: The work location varies based on role, needs, and business requirements, blending company offices, client sites, and your home, but you will not work 100% remotely.
If successful, you will undergo pre-employment checks including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role:
- Participate in the sales process to help shape new propositions.
- Manage the handover from sales to delivery teams.
- Deliver project scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide clear project status and reporting internally and to clients.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team, supporting their development.
- Maintain strong client relationships at Senior Management level (CxO-1 or above).
- Ensure delivery governance, risk management, quality assurance, and achievement of KPIs.
- Oversee commercial, financial, and stakeholder management processes.
- Maintain necessary Capgemini EM Certification levels corresponding to project complexity and your grade.

Your profile:
- Experience with SAP delivery, including handover to support.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience working on SAP projects across industries and clients.
- Strong communication skills and influencing ability at all levels.
- Experience managing large, global, and distributed teams.
- Enjoy mentoring and developing junior talent, sharing knowledge within the team and SAP practice.
Your Security Clearance: To qualify, candidates must obtain Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, which requires residence in the UK for the past 10 years and meeting other detailed criteria. You may be asked about nationality and residency during the process, and some roles may be restricted to UK Nationals.
