About the job you’re considering

As an SAP S/4HANA LE/IM, TM & WM Consultant, you will work as part of a team delivering innovative processes and solutions to clients across various sectors. You will collaborate with Capgemini’s Supply Chain Management team, working on projects involving S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud, and Mobile technologies. Your focus will be on SAP Demand to Supply, Inventory, Transportation, Warehouse Management, and their integration with other SAP modules.

This role offers opportunities to develop your consulting, functional, and technical skills through Capgemini’s learning programs and certifications. Capgemini UK is a leading SAP partner with a large team of SAP practitioners, specializing in SAP S/4HANA transformations.

Your role

• Analyse business requirements and design SAP LE/IM, WM, and TM solutions.
• Configure and optimise SAP systems supporting logistics, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Build strong client relationships, providing expert guidance.
• Lead project lifecycle activities, including upgrades and new deployments.
• Translate business needs into solution designs, managing commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve complex problems.
• Identify new SAP interfaces and capabilities.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster team growth.
• Provide thought leadership using SAP solutions and industry knowledge.
• Engage in hands-on project work with clients and SAP experts.
• Contribute to team success with a proactive approach.

Your skills and experience

• Proven SAP S/4HANA or ECC experience in LE, IM, WM, TM modules.
• Expertise in designing logistics, inventory, warehouse, and transportation processes.
• Deep understanding of SAP supply chain modules and integration.
• Hands-on configuration skills across functional areas.
• Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring.
• Fiori applications and SAP roadmap knowledge.
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning in SAP.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Security Clearance

An SC clearance is required, including UK residency of the last 5 years and other criteria. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals.
