In a short time, we’ve grown to serve major organisations across the UK, Europe, East Asia, South America, and Australia. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Scientist to join our multidisciplinary team and help shape the models and metrics powering our nature intelligence platform.

What you’ll do

• Develop innovative models and metrics informed by cutting-edge science
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for customers
• Collaborate with delivery managers, engineers, and product teams in cross-functional squads
• Speak with experts across disciplines and rapidly turn scientific knowledge into scalable solutions
• Communicate your science in a clear and compelling way to both customers and non-experts
• PhD or Master’s with 3+ years’ experience in applied modelling, data science, or spatial analysis
• Strong communicator, able to distil complex topics for non-specialist audiences
• A collaborative, kind teammate passionate about sustainability and impact
• Bonus points for experience with cloud computing, GitHub, and cross-disciplinary teams
