Senior Security Consultant: Security Architecture – Bridewell, London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expertise for security best practice, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and data.
  • Supporting and advising on projects and change initiatives to ensure there is no negative impact on security posture or client's security policies, procedures, and architectural blueprints.
  • Carrying out security architecture reviews and effectively reporting this to executive and key stakeholders.
  • Working with a variety of client teams for the effective delivery of security architecture as a service.

Qualifications

  • Delivering and maintaining enterprise security solutions/architecture for areas including:
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Cloud Security – Azure, AWS or GCP
  • Network Security
  • DevSecOps
  • Security Monitoring & Remediation
  • Defense in Depth Security Architecture, particularly Zero Trust Security Architecture
  • Knowledge of Secure Software Development Life Cycle best practices and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Information Security risk management tools and techniques
  • Demonstrable knowledge of cyber security frameworks (ISO27001, PCI-DSS, CIS Benchmarks, Cloud Well-Architected Frameworks)
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise security controls and platforms following industry best practices
  • Experience of security governance and compliance across public, private, and government sectors
  • Awareness of the Information Security threat landscape
  • Deep understanding of Information Security solutions and controls
  • Experience of Cloud security solutions and standards is highly advantageous

Location & requirements

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy; travel to different sites may be required. To be eligible, you must hold SC clearance or be willing to go through security clearance.
