About the Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Seismic Civil & Structural Engineer to support our UK nuclear sector projects, including support for nuclear fleet transformations and new reactor developments. Our work spans licensing, new build, and operational support, contributing to the UK’s Net Zero goals.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver civil engineering analysis and design solutions within project constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Support activities that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Location and Flexibility

This role is based at one of our Energy offices (Newcastle, Warrington, Gloucester, Bristol, or Knutsford). We offer flexible working patterns to accommodate individual needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (MEng, MSc, BEng, BSc).
• Chartered status or working towards it (ICE or IStructE).
• Experience in civil design, construction, and use of American codes.
• Knowledge of seismic analysis and design tools, including BIM environment.
• Experience with heavy infrastructure, nuclear, or regulated industries.
