You will manage technical SEO programs, guide a team of SEO professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organic growth and enhance online visibility.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals, encompassing technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.Lead technical SEO programs for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring best practices are applied to enhance site performance and search rankings.Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, identifying issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.Explore optimization opportunities for large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven search, advising clients on their potential impact on visibility and brand performance.Educate clients on how AI-powered tools and generative search are shaping user discovery, integrating these insights into SEO strategies.Leverage AI to enhance research, content creation, automation, and data analysis, driving efficiency and precision in campaign delivery.Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, providing strategic insights to achieve desired outcomes.Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps, ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints.Utilize data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for analysis.Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.QualificationsOver 5 years of technical SEO experienceTechnical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of web technologies, including servers, applications, middleware, edgeware, and front-end frameworks, and their impact on SEO performance.Analytical Expertise: Ability to work with large datasets, utilizing tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to derive actionable insights.Experience developing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites.Awareness of LLM and AI-influenced search, with the ability to guide clients on opportunities, risks, and best practices.Ability to use AI tools to support research, content ideation, and workflow automation without compromising quality.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-SolvingAdditional InformationNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
